As the Holidays approach, I felt I wanted to say a couple things. First of
all, if you are having the meal, great. However, a lot of people go to
others homes for dinners. PLEASE-- call ahead and ask them exactly what they
are making, and change any of the ingredients necessary to make it GF.
Remember, these people dont live with this diet, we do. They just dont
think about it, and even if they did, it would be overwhelming to them. If
you are having the meal, and relatives are bringing dishes, the same thing--
call and ask ingredients etc. We can have wonderful Holidays with a little
preparation on our part. Most of us never complain about our diet, because it
makes up feel so good, but that also makes others not think about it. I love
this list. Mary in MI
