I noticed in the posts regarding Soya sauce being the culprit of getting
sick that the Soya was used on chicken.  Not only could the chicken have
been tainted, it also could have been basted with non GF broth.  I didn't
know this until I had a similar, though not so severe reaction, and was
warned by another Celiac about chicken.  Since then I have taken the time
to really read the chicken package and have been amazed to find what is in
different brands of chicken.  I always thought chicken was chicken!!
