I spoke directly with the manufacturer of Daisy No Fat Sour Cream, Daisy
Products, Inc. in Dallas, Texas today.  They informed me that the
modified food starch that is found in their no fat sour cream is always
made from corn starch.  This was the only ingredient listed that I found
to be questionable and even it appears to be safe.
