Dear Listmembers

I've just been digging through a pile of mail and come across two
themes I'd like to comment.

Wallpaper Glue
There is a traditional recipe for paper glue: wheat starch glue (WSG).
As wheat contains a lot of glue/ten, it is a natural thing to make
glue out of wheat. WSG is no food, so the processing does not have to
produce pure starch - so there is plenty of gliadin left I suppose.
I used to make paper masks with paper and WSG, the result being
tough and stable - all you need in this case...

Sleeplessness
I had this problem a few years ago. Now (on diet) I do not have it
any more. Under certain circumstances (practicing AiKiDo, working
concentratedly) I'll not sleep well - unless I take homeopathic
sleeping aids. Maybe you can find something like it where you live.

A tired brain in a tired body will sleep best.
