As far as I am aware there is no link between Coeliac and Crohns. Someone at
a local hospital had *two* patients with *both* conditions and did a survey
of my local group to see if it was a coincidence or not. The survey indicated
that there was no significant correlation between Coeliac in a person and
Crohns for the same person or their immediate blood relations. (The group has
over a hundred members I think.) If I recall correctly he found a slight link
with ulcerative colitis (spelling?) but I haven't heard any more about this.

To get back to your question, he didn't mention a gluten free diet helping
with Crohns and I'm sure he would have said so if it did.
