My daugther is celiac and is very sensitive to gluten. She will get very ill
within a few hours of ingesting gluten and will be in bed for the rest of the
day. Our doctor told us to try her on oats after being diagnosed for a year.
She has had no reaction to oats for the last three years. She normally has
oatmeal cookies, Cheerioes, and oat meal.
