Hi
I have been reading soo many messages in regards to proper diet,indigestion
and rotation diets that i like to share my thoughts with you about common
sense,daily routines that have helped me a lot throughout the years. They
are in no particular order and everybody will have their own little
routine.
 
Get a minimum of 8 hours of good sleep every night.
Make sure you have a comfortable bed.
When you get up in the morning drink clean water(8 0z) at room
temperature,not cool, before you do anything else.
Do not eat anything before you had your first bowel movement that day.
Go in front of the mirror,look at yourself and say loud to yourself" Hi i
like you!" Do not be embarrassed about it.Say it loud.
After that make lots of grimasses and sort of knead your facial muscles,it
is ok to look a little "stupid".
Take one  bucket of full hot water and one bucket full of cold water,place
your bare feet in each bucket alernating.
If you think by know that is all too weird,well maybe just try it for a week.
There is more:
Make a sign and put it on the top of your computer,large enough so you can
see it well.The sign reads one word. :  YES
 
Try not too eat more than 30 % fat of your daily food intake and make sure
they are healthy fatty acids.
Take 1 tsp linseedoil every day if you can.
MAke sure you have at least 2 hours of complete darkness every night,maybe
cover your eyes. This is in particular important to rebuild your own body
proteins. Light can go through your eyelids.
Move every electrical appliance at least far enough away from you that it
reads under two gauss for long time exposure(2 hours or longer).
Eat a glutenfree combination of acidophilus and bifidus bacteria on a daily
basis.
Eat always the salad first than the cooked meal.
Try not to combine animalproteins with carbohydrates at the same
meal,rather eat them at different times of the day. The one needs an acidic
environment,the other an alkaline to digest.
If you drink milk,drink it by itself.It is a complete food in it self.
Do not drink anything while you eat,ratehr chew slowly and long,a lot of
enzymes are added in your mouth.
If you are under time pressure(Lunch breaks) ,it is better not to eat
anything or just light portions,your body is under stress alert and will
not digest properly because it thinks you might have to flee soon.
Do not drink any coffee or tee or chocolate with your meals or immediately
after intake. The caffeine or teein will form certain esters with iron and
other minerals that are not usable to your body. Remember the old german or
british tieme for coffee or tea. 4 or 5 in the afternoon..
Do not eat after six any large meals.
Drink 8 glasses of water everyday,not pop.
After everymeal do not rest but go for a 20 minute walk or lomger if you like.
Try not to talk during the meals( a tough one) but a very effective
one,talk right after the meal.
Have a minimum lenght of 12 minutes of aerobic exerice 5 days out of the week.
Eat lots of good raw vegetables and balance your carbohydrates,do not eat
too much starchy foods(in particular too much cornstarch) Try to use
arrowrootpowder instead of cornstarch.
Sing a song every day.
After you read this make sure you strecth and yawn wide open.Move those muscles.
 
Now that should be enough for today.Give it atry it does work and it is
free,It will take some disipline but you will feel better and great after a
while.
I start it every morning at 5:30 am when my three year old daughter jumps
at me and shouts "Papa get up" I never need an alarm clock.
 
 
All these things above will help stimulate your digestive system,keep up
your metabolism and strenghten your immune system.
Ok now strectch ,yawn drink that glass of water,think yes sing that song,go
for twenty minute walk,now.
