Hi all,
I just bought Betty Hagmans third recipe book and I would like to know if
anyone has tried and proven any of these recipes, in particular the cakes.
Also does anyone know a "non contaminated, reliable" source of bean flour.
Betty H. recomments Authentic Foods. Has anyone tried them? I have never
cooked with bean flour as we cannot get it up here in Maine.
