Some people have a reaction to alcohol but it is not the norm for celiacs.
I am not sure where the reference for problems with wines is located, but 99
percent are appropiate. The discussion about European wines has to
do with sulfites, but that is not a GF issue.
The GF hard liquors are:
Rum, a few brands of Vodka. techequilla, and saka
