Hi all!
 
Any ideas for a good GF Bagel?  My son is desperate for a bagel and my
attempts thus far have been dismal.  Would buckwheat flour be a good
ingredient?
 
Lisa P. - perhaps mayo is a problem because of the vinegar?  Vinegar is a
main ingredient in mayo, mustard & ketchup.
