Hi!
Anyone had any success with GF deepfrying? We're thinking of buying
a deepfryer for Christmas, but aren't sure GF food will turn out or if one
model would be better than another for GF cooking. With a gluten-sensitive
toddler, we'd really like to be able to prepare some of those easy to handle
finger foods - chicken strips, fish sticks, deep fried zucchini, french
fries, etc. Okay, so we'd like them too!!
