I have a question regarding quinoa.  Is it safe or not?  For some reason I
 thought I read that it was not a safe item, yet more and more I'm seeing it
 on lists of acceptable foods.
 
I also have seen posts where Clear Gel is recommended in baking.  Where is
 this product found?
 
If anyone has information on either of the above, please let me know.  Thanks
