Hi all,
I'm corresponding with another member about pita bread. She had requested
a recipie from the list earlier and hadn't received a response. We both
would really like to have gf pita, but neither of us are experienced bread
bakers. Is there someone in the group that might be willing to look at a
traditional pita recipie (I have one) and suggest some adaptations? If so,
please respond to me personally, and I will share it with the other member.
Thanks in advance...
Also, wanted to share with you a new cookbook I found. It's called "the
Well-Stocked Pantry-Mustards, Ketchups & Vinegars", by Carol W.
Costenbader. She has recipies for making your own everything (the chapters
are: fruit & vegetable ketchups, spiced and seeded mustards, sauces &
salsas, dips & dressings, herb and fruit vinegars, herbed oils &
infusions). Most are gf or easily adaptable to gf. I got it a Barnes &
Noble.
