Can anyone tell me if the following are safe for my sensitive-celiac baby?

1.Cefaclor Suspension by Mylan (generic C-Clor antibiotic)

2. Cromolyn Sodium Inhalation Solution by Dey (generic Proventil for asthma)

3. Tri-Vi-Flor Liquid Vitamins by Mead-Johnson

4. Children's Motrin Suspension by McNeil

My son has taken Ceftin (an expensive brand-name antibiotic) several times
with no reaction, but if anyone knows about it, I'd appreciate any info. (I
don't have a bottle around now, so I don't know who makes it). I'm assuming
that his bronchodilator (albuterol, generic of Ventolin) which we nebulize in
a saline solution, is AOK. (If a celiac breathes in a gluten-containing
substance, would it cause a reaction? Just curious!) Finally, is it usually
safer to stick with the brand name, rather than going with the generic? If
so, why?

Thanks in advance,

Chris in NJ
