Hi
This is a respond to amy enquiry about the cold cereal Erewhon Rice Twice
and its glutenfree status. I know some people will "hate" me for this
,because i might take some more choice s way from them,but i think it is
better do be healthy and glutenfree especially for the kids. The Rice Syrup
in the Rice twice cereal contains barley which contains gluten which makes
the cereal not safe! There you have it. Ok while i am at it i am going to
add some familiar names of cereals to the post and will take the risk of
getting my head ripped off. Luckily this is pretty hard through the
internet. the following cereals arte considered not safe by me because of
gluten contamination either in the ingredienst or in the processing. I get
all my information directly from the companies.

Sunflakes unsafe
Bread shoppe Cereals Unsafe
 
Sorry folks. But there will be more cereals coming pretty soon that will be
safe. Hang in there. I do take full responsibility for the above statements
and want to make sure that this is up to date information. If there is a
