CMC GUM is Carboxy methylcellulose. It is also called Sodium Carboxy
methylcellulose.IT is deriven from cellulose.CMC can thicken
suspend, disperse and stabilize many systems. The methyl is either from
methane gas(yiaucci poo) or petroleum. The sodium is either earth derived
or from sea water.
It can be used instead of guar gum or xanthan gum.
