  A helpful bit of info for lactose intolerant celiacs.
  I am unable to cheese made of cows milk - I find I have NO PROBLEM with
  cheese made of sheeps milk - (such as feta-cheese).  Usually found in
 Greek or Turkish restaurants.  Look for it in some your better appetizing
 stores.
