Someone wanted the name of a doctor in Seattle.  I evidently miscopied the
e-mail return address, so this is going to the whole group - sorry.
 
There is a very active celiac group in Seattle called Gluten Intolerance
Group of North America, PO Box 23053, Seattle 98102, Phone 206-325-6980.
I'm sure they could put your friend in touch with a knowledgeable doctor.
