Hi all,

I feel that I'd better post this information on Sustain. I wrote a few days
ago touting the product. Around the same time Bill Elkus warned of possible
gluten contamination through the rice syrup that is used in the
manufacture.

I've received two notices that people have had trouble with it.

Also, that got me to thinking -- I've had trouble with diarhea for the last
several weeks after two months on Sustain. I also am getting leg cramps and
exhaustion which means that I'm having trouble with calcium absorption
again. I've had to go to a sugar based liquid vitamins for better
absorption.

Putting two and two together, I realize that it is very possible that I'm
having a problem with the gluten which doesn't show immediately, only after
a long time of ingesting a small amount of gluten each day.

It's too bad because otherwise Sustain is a wonderful product for
intestinal healing.

So, I wanted to give you all a heads up on this. As for myself, I'll have
to find a gluten free substitute. Any advice would be appreciated. Alec
