I haven't had either of the above, but I really like Ener-G's
"English Muffins" for hamburger buns. They're really tasty and are
just the right size for hamburgers. In fact, they're one of the few
Ener-G baked goods that I like, although they're quite expensive.
By the way, I put the name, "English Muffins", in quotes because
I wouldn't call them English muffins myself. Bette Hagman's English
muffin recipe is quite good and I think much closer to a traditional
English muffin. (Actually, to be honest about Bette Hagman's recipe,
I usually make wonderful bread sticks out of it instead!) Anyway, I
hope you like them too.
