Hi
My question is in regard to MASECA corn flour
from Aztec Milling, Edingburg, Texas.
I cannot get a response to my letters from this
company, but would like to make sure that this
product is gluten free.
 
One of the ingredients listed is "lime".  It is my
understanding that when lime is used, it can mean
lime (fruit) or slake lime which may not be gluten free.
Has anyone out there any knowledge about this product?
