Recently I purchased a package of MASA instant corn meal and made some
tortillas. With the instant mix the procedure was simple and the result
was great. My question is this.

Afterward I suddenly realized that I hadn't checked my lists to see if it
was considered GF. Later I searched and couldn't find any reference to
it. The ingredients state... Dehydrated cornmeal and limestone.
The stated ingredients seem fine, I'm just wondering why it isn't on any
lists. It seems like a widely used product.

Thanks for your response!
