Celiac Disease is an autoimmune disease with genetic preponderance. Patients
with certain HLA markers such as HLA B8 and D3 are more susceptible to
develop not only CD, but other autoimmune diseases as well. For example, CD
has been associated with insulin dependant diabetes, autoimmune thyroiditis
and collagen-vascular diseases.

Based upon the information provided, it seems that you may not only have CD,
but lupus as well, even though all the criteria of lupus are not met in your
case.

I may be able to advise you further if I could learn what other laboratory
tests have bben performed, and their results.
