I buy all of my rice flour from an Asian market. It apparently has some water
added to it (acording to the ingredients), so I tend to reduce the amount of
liquid that I add when making bread. It works well for me and I haven't had any
problems. I did test a sample the a Gluten Test kit (from the Gluten Free
Pantry) and it came out fine.
