Interesting to note the reference to hydrolyzed vegetable protein. I'm
totally intollerant to MSG.  In any of it's incarnations it gives me month
long migraines.  HVP is often an FDA approved dodge for MSG.  There is some
research into the effect MSG may have on seritonin levels in the brain, vis
a vis memory, information processing and emotional stability. Not to
mention it's role as a vaso-contrictor.  It may be called vegetable, but it
ain't good for ya.
