It really is amazing the number of things folks assume don't have wheat
in them. I knew these things BEFORE we discovered Virginia has celeac.
Why is this so difficult? AARGH!!!
        A friend of ours actually went out and buoght several packages
of pre-mix potato bread, assuming that it had no flour. She didn't
even bother to read the package!
