I use Sanji wheat free soy sauce. I talked to a rep from the company and
determined that it is GF.  It seems to most approximate the taste and
consistancy of regular soy.  I tried Eden but did not like the slightly
metallic after taste.  I would assume that any local health food store
would be able to order this for you.
