the GF recipe pamphlet from the USA Rice Council.  A copy is available in ASCII
text from this List for those not familiar with uuencoded files.

The pamphlet will remain in this file for the remainder of September.  It will
be included in the January edition of the recipe update file (CELIAC RECIPEU).
 
The September edition of RECIPEU is expected to be posted this coming weekend.
