Has anyone ever posted a "pantry list"? Things that one who is gluten free
should have on hand. I was diagnosed only a few weeks ago so I am new to
this. I know I should have things in the house but I don't know exactly
what. Any help with this would be appreciated.

My doctor told me I would have to see a nutritionist if I was going to do
this diet the right way. Does anyone know what questions to ask? How will
I know if they are really good or not? What sort of information will they
give me?

Thanks for responding,

Cindy
