When talking with people about Will, I do call it Celiac
Disease. It helps make otherwise uncooperative people more
willing to help or to understand that Will's diet is very
important - not just a whim or fad or temporary thing.

When talking to restaurant servers I call it "a digestive
disorder" - they seem to be more willing to help make sure
that his needs are met. This may be due to the fact that he
just turned three! And we may have to change our words later
but then what are word when it's the results that count.
I'll happily call it anything that works as long as I get
cooperation and a GF diet for Will! But then most mothers
will do anything for their kids!

By the way - Will was better on the diet at first but
continued to have very soft BM's until we followed a note
from someone on the prodigy BB saying that she had problems
with annatto coloring and to watch your reactions. We took
Will off all annatto coloring immediatly and he improved in
just a few days - everytime we allow any annatto at all he
slips back.
