I also just tried a Pamela brand product (pancake mix) and it tastes like
pancakes made with wheat! Good texture. It also works for waffles. We had
tried their brownie mix before and everyone loves it (provided it is underdone
as they recommend). Hope to try more. It also came from a local health food
store in Concord, MA or in Cambridge, MA. This company is listed on the celiac
vendors list.

Sharon's Sorbet, which I find absolutely delicious (particularly the
coconut), is gf according to the company. It is made by a small family-run
business in New York. I wrote to them to check and received both a letter and
a phone call. You can call them to confirm at (212)925-1444. They are located
at 415 West Broadway, Suite 3-North, New York, NY 10012.

Well, as long as we are back on the subject of GF beer, here's something I
found in a newsgroup. Probably not what one is expecting, but not too hard
to make either. I'm not even sure if it's alcoholic. Don Wiss.

is it possible to get a false negative on a celiac biopsy if you have cut
gluten product extensively out of your diet for many months and then
'gluten-loaded' for a few days before the biopsy? My biopst came back
negative but I still get headaches and gastro symptoms very badly if I
eat gluten products. Usualyy it takes about 8-24 hours and then I get
really sick so I
