I'm not one hundred percent sure but my guess would be that Passover
flour is made from Matza i.e.  wheat.  Potato flour or potato starch
ingrediants would be safer, I think.  In Canada, I believe, the
manufacturer must label all the ingrediants.  If in doubt, you could
always write to the manufacturer for more details.
