Broccoli Raisin Salad
1 large head broccoli – use florets only – no stems
3/4 cup chopped red sweet onion
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
5 – 6 strips bacon fried crisp and crumbled
Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
fresh ground pepper
In large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, onions,raisins, pecans, and bacon. In a smallbowl, combine the dressing ingredients – mix well, toss gently and refrigerate.
