We may need to take the bus on a 21 hour trip, an adult and a 10yo, both are GF. If we were driving I'd just pack my big ice chest but I really dont want to drive. My only worry is keeping us fed and not full of junk food. How do you keep healthy if you can't take the ice chest? I haven't taken the bus in 20+ years and I remember eating a lot of junk last time but that was before we went GF due to celiac.
Any experiences?
Thanks!
Heather
