I'm a newly diagnosed celiac, and on my research regarding the alcohol beverages I have found that all wine are gluten free since they are made from grapes. But as I read more, somewhere I found that the champagne and sparkling wine uses yeast in the production and some yeasts are not gluten free. So where does that leave the status of gluten free champagnes and sparkling wine? Now, I'm no wine connaisseur so please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!
