Hi All,
I am 56, with CP and was doing well, mobile with Canadian crutches, then went through chemotherapy and radiation for cancer, and had a bad fall on my subluxated hip. Since those events, gaining back physical strength and dealing with increased pain, has been a challenge indeed. I have a good diet and do meditation, yoga and physical therapy. I am not sure if the physical therapy is helping or hindering. Because of a weakened immune system, I tend to get colds and flus, so it is difficult to gauge my progress, as the body is often feeling weaker. Any ideas, experience with the cancer CP combo?
Thank you,
Suddhananda
