I have a couple of issues with this article.
1. It uses celiac disease is gluten intolerance interchangeably
2. It implies gender is one of the causes of celiac. It may be more prevalent in one gender over another….I don’t know. But being a woman or man doesn’t cause it.
The study sounds interesting. The interpretation is badly worded. At least, in my opinion.
