I was never crazy about the texture so this time I melted the butter, cooled it and mixed everything together. Put it in the frig for about 20 minutes and spooned it out on non-stick foil. Baked it at 325 for about 10 minutes and then gave the pan a wack to flatten cookies out. Watch them for about 3 - 5 minutes. Crisp cookies with a little soft center. So much better than the recipe on the box.
