Hello List Mates,
What does it take to change our Gluten-Free World? Someone like Shelley Case, or course.
It's been a long and very confusing 10 years. But today, after many years of dedication and perseverance, Shelley's hard work has finally paid off to help change the Canadian Regulation. As a result, Pure, uncontaminated oats can now make a gluten-free claim in Canada.
You can read all about Shelley's work on my blog today: http://notevenacrumb.typepad.com/
