Hello Listmates:
Have you recently traveled to Iceland?    Twenty-something celiac traveling to Iceland in June.  Looking for recommendations for how to eat gluten free in REYKJAVIK and VIK ICELAND.    If you have any advice on how to travel there gluten free or any restaurant or grocery store recommendations - they would be most appreciated.    As always, thank you all for being such a wonderful resource.
