If spelt caused a reaction she's probably allergic to gluten and not just
wheat. Spelt, quinona and a bunch of other grains have gluten in them. Mod
Food Startch can be made from a variety of grains, wheat among them.
Sometimes its made from corn and okay unless your daughter is also allergic
