Here is a recipe for a BBQ sauce:
4 tbs. corn oil 2 tbs. red wine vinegar
3 gloves minced garlic 1 tbs. chili powder
1 cup onion, chopped 1 tbs. basil
1 cup green pepper, chopped 1 tbs. oregano
1 can tomato paste, small 1 tsp. black pepper
1 cup GF ketchup 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbs. brown sugar
Heat corn oil over medium heat, until hot; add garlic, onions, and green
peppers. Cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45
minutes. Transfer to two ketchup bottles. Refrigerate at least 24 hours
before using.
