I am planning a Bat Mitzvah for my daughter and am looking for a caterer that truly understands Gluten free. The entire event does not have to be gluten free but I would like a menu that lends itself to gluten free naturally so as to avoid issues of cross contamination, etc. If any one in South Jersey or Philadelphia area has used a caterer they would recommend I would greatly appreciate any help as I am not scoring much luck on my own. The caterer does NOT have to be Kosher.
Thank you,
Francine
