 Dear Listmates,
Just wondering if anyone has been traveling by Amtrak lately? I used to travel by train long distance at least once a year prior to having several in our family be diagnosed with Celiac. 1) There are no gluten free meals served onboard. 2) You are not permitted to eat the food you bring on at the dining area that have tables. (You are only permitted to eat it at your seat.) Please call Amtrak and please voice your opinion on this subject. 1-800-872-7245 I was surprised when they told me I am the only one to ever call and complain about the subject of not serving glutenfree options and/or having a place/table/dining area that we can eat our food we carry on. Happy Sunday Evening to all! Denise
