I too have been in PR for many years (11!), and launched a publicity effort
here in San Diego a couple of years ago. Our ABC and CBS affiliates both ran
wonderful pieces featuring my son and two different GIs; for the most part,
both pieces were accurate and informative. Our newspapers have been promising
to do articlesst November 1971, the OBSERVER published

Hello everyone,
I hope I diidn't cause any panic with my milk posting yesterday. I got the
following from a concerned member, and I'd like to respond to their concern.

I don't want to fan the flames of the 'gluten in milk' controversy
because I know nothing about it, although I highly doubt that the
vitamins added to milk would contain gluten. However, I do remember
my daughter's allergist telling me that her wheat 'allergy' might
become aggravated during the summer months when milk cows were
grass grazing. Does anyone have any information about that one? [...]36_29Sep199523:31:

I stick to fine restaurants, where everything is freshly made from scratch. I
call ahead, make a resevation and tell them I have a dietary restriction. I
fax my menu and ask them to call if they have any questions. I ALWAYS get
great food and exceptional service. One chef even made me corn fritters, rice
muffins and fancy rice cookies! They seem quite eager to please me, and make
my meals very special. [...]35_30Sep199501:13:
