Use the recipe on the back of the Hershey's Cocoa - add  1/2 - 3/4 tsp xanthan gum.
Frosting:
1 stick butter melted4 Tbsp cocoa6 Tbsp milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla1 cup chopped pecans
Mix together and pour over hot cake - where I live they call it a Texas Sheet Cake.
