Dear Listmates,

Happy Fall. I don't know about you, but I've packed up my grill and I'm
firing up the oven. Here are two new recipes from
<http://glutenfreemakeovers.com/> Gluten-Free Makeovers that are perfect for
those days when there's a nip in the air.

 <http://glutenfreemakeovers.com/2012/09/blissful-comfort-pear-coffee-cake/>
Pear Coffee Cake (also dairy and egg-free)

 <http://glutenfreemakeovers.com/2012/09/quick-chili-mac-and-cheese/> Quick
Chili Mac and Cheese (can be dairy-free)

By the way, I use mainly alternative flours - - amaranth, sorghum, chickpea,
quinoa, millet and teff - - in my cookbook, Gluten-Free Makeovers. With
the latest news on arsenic and rice, I'm doubly glad I rely on those flours
in all my recipes. Check it out on Amazon.com

Many of you accepted my challenge and I'm nearing 1500 "Likes" on Facebook.
That means I'd better get started on the e-book of holiday recipes I
promised as a thank you. In truth, I am working on it and it will be out
soon.

To make sure you don't miss out, go to the page for
