I live in Central NJ and was buying gluten free bialys made by Joan's Great
Bakes. Now it seems the health food that carried them has discontinued them.
When I contacted Joan's Great Bakes, they said they no longer distribute
their bialys to retail stores. You have to order them directly from them.
They are sold only in bulk for about $54.00 which gives you 6 packages and
the Fed Ex shipping is very expensive. Therefore, I no longer have the
bialys I love. Does anyone know of another company that sells gluten free
bialys?
