Hello Listmates,
I unknowingly ingested gluten several times in the past week (the last one being Friday, Aug. 3) and am asking for ideas on how to get through the reaction. It started with generalized sciatica and lower abdominal pain on the right. Then Wednesday I had severe gas pains in my chest (resolved with Alka Seltzer Gold). Now almost everything I eat seems to have trouble going through my esophagus and the left side of my body stings, burns, itches and aches from my toes to my neck and to my left cheek. I feel like I have a sinus infection, virus, and/or an allergic reaction.
When I felt at my worse this afternoon I took a Claritin which helped somewhat.
Please--any suggestions to get through this are welcome.
Thank you.
