Thanks to all who replied.

Useful suggestions include some recipes which actually inspire me to try making my own--I always thought that would be "too much" :

Some suggested Soba noodles, but in my stores they all contain wheat flour as well as buckwheat. Apparently Eden makes an all-buckwheat variety.

Someone suggested http://www.glutenfreeshop.com.au/Explore-Asian-Authentic-Cuisine-Organic-Black-Bean-Spaghetti-P3278.aspx but reading this brought up an issue of which I had been totally unaware: Is there such a thing as black SOY Beans? Black beans are terrific; soy is for me a no-no so I would be concerned if accurate labeling turned out to be an issue.
